TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS
We donβt rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training.
~Archilochus
Many of us have incredible visions about the world we want to create. But when conflict gets in the way or an old trauma gets triggered, those visions go out the window and we fall back to the default ways that we have been trained by dominant society.
The trainings I provide offer frameworks and practices that help to align our actions with our deepest held values. All trainings can be customized based on your needs. Please reach out with any questions!
